Societe Generale's chatbot innovation lab aims to become a center of expertise and a service offering.
eCognition lab's main mission was to take the lead in this lab in order to transform it into a service offering and to integrate YODA
(Societe Generale's collaborating chatbot) into the Service Now platform.
This bot answers common questions (HR, IT support, etc.) and can interact with different tools (ITSM, etc.).
